Description
Ground meal from cottonseeds. A natural fertilizer with a high percentage of organic nitrogen, perhaps the second best source of organic nitrogen after blood meal.

How it works
Cottonseed meal breaks down slowly in the soil and is available to plants over a period of time. Note: cottonseed meal acidifies the soil ( it takes 9 lbs of lime to neutralize the acidity caused by 100 lbs of cottonseed meal).

General usage
Excellent ingredient for organic fertilizers because of consistency, nutrient value, and organic carbon content.
